We also offer Virtual SiteSeeing©, a program available only to Tomlinson Sandpoint Sotheby's International Realty. Virtual SiteSeeing© provides you, as a customer on your home computer, access to aerial views of Bonner County, the state of Idaho and more. You can digitally tour a home, a business, a building site, or acreage in three dimensions. This unique program is similar to Google Earth; however, it is customized to our local area. You can locate local schools, government offices, hospitals, specific zoning areas, and more.
Virtual SiteSeeing© also provides information that is not apparent by visiting the property. For example, an aerial perspective of each property with parcel boundaries can accentuate the benefits of larger parcels and also the benefits of being in a neighborhood with lower density. Additional information, such as demographics and proximity to recreation and amenities, can be displayed to enable a buyer to make a more informed purchase decision.
